    Corporate Events Run
    on Real Logistics

Corporate event planners have different priorities than wedding planners. Free parking matters more than valet. AV that works first try matters more than mood lighting. Punctual setup and clean AP invoicing matter more than table linens. Our venue is built around those priorities — the people booking us are HR directors, sales VPs, and executive assistants who measure success by whether the timeline holds and the receipts reconcile.

    Different Corporate Events,
    Different Setups

A 9 AM training session needs different things than a 7 PM client appreciation dinner. Here's how the room, AV, and timing actually flex by event type — so you know what to expect before the call.

    Working Lunch50–80 attendees
Room: Classroom or U-shape, projector active, no bar. Service: Fast — buffet open at the agenda break, attendees back in seats within 30 minutes. AV: Wireless mics, screen mirroring, Wi-Fi for laptops. Notes: Coffee station refreshed every 90 minutes; we bring espresso for the 2 PM energy crash.
    Client Dinner30–60 attendees
Room: Round tables of 8, ambient lighting, full bar. Service: Plated, three courses, paced to allow conversation but wrap by 9:30 PM. AV: Microphone for any remarks; projector available but rarely used. Notes: We seat hosts strategically — clients stay near their account leads, no random table assignments.
    Holiday Party80–150 attendees
Room: Round tables of 10, dance floor center, full bar with stations. Service: Buffet (faster, more dance time) or family-style. AV: Mic for awards portion, slideshow during cocktail hour, music handoff to DJ at 8 PM. Notes: December books fast — most companies confirm by October for prime dates.
    Awards / Recognition60–120 attendees
Room: Banquet rounds with reserved front rows for award recipients. Service: Plated dinner during awards (paced so plates clear before each segment). AV: Stage mic, podium, lighting cues for award reveals, HD projector for branded slideshow. Notes: Plan a 90-minute awards window — anything longer loses the room.

    A Room That Reconfigures

The same room hosts a 60-person Tuesday lunch and a 130-person Saturday holiday party. Layout flexes from classroom (training) to U-shape (workshop) to banquet rounds (dinner) to dance-floor-center (party). AV is integrated, not bolted on — sound system, wireless mics, projector, screens, Wi-Fi all included without surcharges. The Woodfield corridor and O'Hare-area hotels are 10–15 minutes away, which simplifies travel for out-of-town attendees.

Corporate Events That Hit the Timeline

    "

Three years of holiday parties here. 110 employees, free parking saves us hundreds in valet costs annually, and the awards portion runs on schedule every year. The team adapts to whatever changes we throw at them in the final week.

Karen M.HR Director, Des Plaines manufacturer
    "

Client appreciation for 60. Clean AP invoicing — itemized exactly the way our finance team needs it. The food impressed multiple clients enough that they asked for catering recs. Booking again next quarter.

Tom R.VP Sales, Mount Prospect tech firm
    "

Two-day sales kickoff. Working lunches turned around fast for our agenda, AV worked first try, and the room reconfigured between keynote, breakouts, and dinner without missing a beat. Coordinator-level service from the owner directly.

    Corporate FAQ

    Corporate Event Questions

The questions HR, ops, and event planners ask before they confirm.

    Where exactly is the venue?

We're at 1863 W Central Rd, Arlington Heights, IL 60005 — about 10 minutes from Des Plaines, 15 from the Woodfield corridor, and easy from O'Hare-area hotels for travel-heavy events.

    How does AP invoicing work?

Itemized line items by category (food, bar, AV, service), W-9 provided on request, payment by ACH or corporate card, and net-30 terms available for recurring clients. We've been through enough finance-team reconciliations to know what you need.

    What's included in the AV?

Sound system, wireless lavalier and handheld mics, projector, retractable screen, HDMI inputs, and venue Wi-Fi — all included. For advanced needs (multi-camera recording, livestream, simultaneous translation, branded LED walls), we coordinate with outside AV vendors at cost-plus.

How does alcohol service work for corporate events?

Three options: full open bar (premium spirits, beer, wine), limited bar (drink tickets, beer-and-wine only, or a fixed dollar cap), or cash bar (attendees pay individually). Our staff is licensed per Illinois regulations and the bar shuts on the timeline you set.

Can we bring branded backdrops, signage, and giveaways?

Yes — bring whatever your marketing team has prepared. Backdrops, table runners, branded swag, photo walls, signage all welcome. Our team handles setup at no extra charge as part of the event.

Is the parking situation actually fine for 100+ attendees?

Yes — every attendee parks free, 30 feet from the door. The lot accommodates the full 150-attendee capacity without overflow. Especially appreciated in winter and at evening events when no one wants to walk through cold parking garages.

When do December holiday party dates fill up?

Prime December weekend dates and weeknight evenings fill by October. Mid-week and earlier-December dates are usually available with later booking. The safest move is to confirm by September.

What does a typical corporate event cost?

For a 75-attendee plated client dinner with bar, expect roughly $5,500–$6,500 total. For a 100-attendee buffet holiday party with bar, roughly $4,000–$4,500. Working lunches for 50 attendees run roughly $1,400–$1,700.

    Other Corporate Bookings

Many companies book multiple events with us each year — holiday parties, client dinners, training lunches.
