International Banquet uses the Google Business Profile APIs to manage our business listing on Google through an internal operations tool. Our use of information received from these APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data we access from the Google Business Profile API includes business information such as name, address, phone number, hours, attributes, and categories; customer reviews and ratings; customer questions and answers; posts, photos, and offers published on our profile; and performance insights such as search queries, customer actions, and profile views.
How we use this data. We use this data to display our business information alongside our internal event booking and scheduling tools, to respond to customer reviews and questions promptly, to publish posts and event announcements, to keep our hours accurate when private events affect our availability, and to understand customer search behavior so we can improve our service offerings.
How we protect this data. We protect this data using encryption at rest and in transit, restricted access limited to authenticated International Banquet staff, encrypted storage of OAuth credentials, and infrastructure located in the United States.
Limited Use commitments. We do not transfer Google Business Profile data to any third party except as necessary to provide and improve our internal operations tool, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with notice to affected users. We do not use Google Business Profile data for advertising, including retargeting, personalized advertising, or interest-based advertising. We do not allow humans to read this data except (a) with the explicit consent of the user whose data is being read, (b) for security purposes such as investigating abuse, (c) to comply with applicable law, or (d) where the data has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations and reporting. We do not use Google Business Profile data to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
