    Milestone Birthdays

An Outing Ends. A Party Lands.

Schaumburg families know the circuit — Legoland Discovery Center for the little ones, Woodfield for the teens, a restaurant reservation for the adults. All fine, none of it a party you host. When the birthday matters — a sweet sixteen, a 50th, a grandmother's 85th — it needs a private room, a real toast, and a host who isn't refereeing a food court. What else the venue holds is on our Schaumburg banquet hall page.

    What We Host

    • Milestone 30th, 40th, 50th & 60th parties
    • 75th, 80th & 90th family celebrations

    The Decade Decides
    the Party

A sixteenth and a sixtieth need different rooms from the same address. Smaller dinner-sized birthdays often fit our private room setups even better.

    Sweet Sixteen Central

Her playlist, her colors, a dance floor of teenagers — and parents with real food and a quiet corner. An event that outclasses anything bookable at the mall.

    The Decade Marker

30 through 60: cocktail hour, dinner, a roast-adjacent toast, and a slideshow with at least one haircut everyone regrets. The bar carries it home.

    The Surprise Operation

Cars hidden, guests staged, honoree routed to the right door at the right minute. We run surprise logistics like a drill — because one text ruins everything.

    The Grand Family Birthday

85th, 90th — four generations, early start, single-level room, and family-style platters the guest of honor recognizes from her own table.

    The Party Space

One Address, Ages One to Ninety

Dining tables, open dance floor, cake and gift stations in everyone's sightline — and not a stair in the building, which matters when the list runs strollers to walkers. International Banquet's family-owned hall sits an easy drive from every corner of Schaumburg, with free parking that swallows the whole caravan, sheet cake and all.

    Birthdays That Beat the Outing

    "

My son's friends have been to every party place in Schaumburg. His thirteenth here — a whole hall, his music, real food — was the one they still bring up. Turns out a private room beats a wristband.

Surprise 40th for my wife: 80 people parked and hidden before she walked in. The staff timed her entrance like a stage cue. She was speechless, which her family will tell you is historic.

    "

Grandpa's 90th — four generations, no stairs, family-style dinner he actually recognized as food. He stayed the whole night, which he hasn't done at a party in a decade.

    FAQ

    Birthday Party Questions

What Schaumburg families ask before booking.

How many guests can a birthday party have?

From dinner-sized gatherings of 50 up to 150 guests — the layout reshapes so the room matches the count.

Do you host kids' and teen parties?

Yes — kids get room to run and food they'll eat; sweet sixteens get a genuine event with a dance floor. The adults get real catering either way.

Can we bring cake, decorations, and a photo backdrop?

All of it. We handle cake cutting and service and help place your décor during setup.

Can you pull off a surprise party?

Routinely — staged parking, hidden guests, timed entrance. Flag the surprise at booking and we choreograph the rest.

    What does it cost?

Family style $29, buffet $34, plated dinner $65 with 3-hour open bar ($40 without), per person, plus the standard minimums — $1,500 lunch / $2,000 Sun–Thu / $3,000 Fri–Sat, before tax and gratuity.

How far are you from Schaumburg?

We're at 1863 W Central Rd in Arlington Heights, typically a 12–18 minute drive depending on where in Schaumburg you start — quickest from the northeast side near Golf Road and Route 53, a bit longer from Town Square or the far west side. Free parking waits at the door.
